New York adventures

Planning this trip was especially enjoyable for me, as there were so much more to see and explore, and – Yes, just because it was New York City. First, the best thing was an opportunity to live just near the Central Park, for everyday outing and jogging. Second – the place we were living in was near a big Whole Food store (as we weren’t fancy eating out in restaurants, but I preferred to cook myself, considering tastes of our 3.5 year daughter).

As it wasn’t our first visit to NYC, there were still lots of sightseeing places we didn’t attend (Empire state building, statue of Libery, Flat iron etc.) . What’s interesting, when the time came up to go with it, it turned out to be somehow annoying (What?). We decided to devote our time to exploring some New York areas such as West and East Village, Chinatown particularly. So, to cut the story short, we decided to try live like natives there, just hanging around pop into some random shops and have fun. What we’ve definitely missed were museums, I promise myself that next (?) time I have to visit at least such enormously interesting ones as MET and Guggenheim.

Even with a small daughter I could say, we’ve succeeded.
